Henna Care
The most frequently asked question I've heard about Henna is: "how long should I leave this on and how long does it last?"
The following tips will help all new and old henna lovers take care of their Henna tattoo better - making the stain darker and long lasting!
1. Wash the area you're getting the Henna tattoo with a mild soap before getting henna
2. Be careful while your Henna dries to prevent from any smudges and a henna mess!
3. Keep the Henna paste on for as long as possible (I prefer to leave mine overnight!)
4. To help darken the stain:
-Lightly wet the henna paste with a lemon juice & sugar mixture (You can make this by boiling equal parts of lemon juice and sugar)
-Heat the henna'd area over a pan with cloves
5. After the paste comes off, be careful with water and try to limit any use of water on the area with the henna tattoo for best results
6. Take care of the henna by avoiding harsh products, manicures, waxing on the tattooed area
